Program Information:
The PAL's Youth Academy is designed for both pre-teens and early teens (birth year 2008 - 2014). The aim of the Academy is to increase positive police interactions and motivate young people for the future good of the community.
Curriculum will include but is not limited to:
Drill and Ceremony
Physical Fitness - (East State CrossFit Instructors)
Technology - Drones
Self Defense
Social Media Awareness
Traffic Enforcement
Evidence Collection
SWAT / K-9 demonstrations
Field Trip - 2025 (TBD)
2025 - Due to popular demand PAL will offer (2) 1-week sessions (Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Graduation Friday 5 pm)
Cost: $150
Session 1: June 23 - June 27
Session 2: August 4 - August 8
