HAMILTON PAL CHEERLEADING 


Our program is designed for K-8th graders to teach the basics of cheerleading in a safe and supportive environment. The focus will be on learning fundamental skills such as motions, jumps, chants, and cheers. These skills will be used to engage the PAL basketball crowd creating a sense of community and unity among fans. This program is great for beginners who want to explore the sport, develop coordination, build confidence, and work as a team, without the complexity or physical demands of gymnastics and stunts. The emphasis is on having fun, learning the essentials of cheer, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere. 

Cheerleaders will be provided an opportunity to sign up for clinics, for a separate charge, that will focus on gymnastics and stunts in an environment that is equipped to teach these skills safely.

Registration is open 10/1/24 and closes 11/1/24. 

$125 - Season schedule for 1st-8th graders:
- practice is every Monday either from 6:00pm-7:15pm or 7:15pm-8:30pm
- games could be either Wednesday or Thursday depending on the assigned team's basketball schedule.

$95 - Season schedule for Kindergarteners:
- practice is every Monday from 6:30pm-7:30pm
- games will be scheduled once a month (dates will be given once the basketball schedule is released)

Teams will be grouped by grade, with a breakdown as follows:
- Kindergarten
- 1st-3rd
- 3rd-5th
- 5th-8th
