HAMILTON PAL BATON TWIRLING
Baton twirling is a fun, artistic and aerobic sport that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, good sportsmanship, self-confidence and positive self-esteem.
If you haven’t found the right activity or are interested in trying something a little different … then twirling might be for you. Twirling is also great preparation for high school marching band skills.
