Refunds - Refunds will only be issued prior to the start of the season for which you registered (a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from your original payment price). Once the season has started only a credit can be issued - that credit may be used towards any future PAL program. 

Background Checks - Background checks are required for volunteer coaches over the age of 18.  Each background check is good for 3 years.  You will be reimbursed for the background check fee if and only if your background check is clear.
