Program Information:
The PAL's Youth Academy is designed for middle school aged children - birthdate must fall between 01-01-2010 and 01-01-2013 to register. The aim of the Academy is to introduce youth to local law enforcement and offer them a glimpse behind the thin blue line. Our goal is to motivate young people and build strong relationships for the future good of the community.
Curriculum will include but is not limited to:
Drill and Ceremony
Physical Fitness - (East State CrossFit Instructors)
Technology
Traffic Enforcement
Evidence Collection
Community Engagement
SWAT
Field Trip - NJSP Museum
The Academy will run for 1 week (Monday - Friday) August 12, 2024 - August 16, 2024 *medical waiver is required*
