Hamilton PAL " Helping the Youth of the Community "
Welcome to the Police Athletic League Website
Our mission is to promote good sportsmanship, sound fundamentals & technique, quality playing time and equal opportunities for all players. All players receive the opportunity and experience to learn multiple positions on Offense, Defense & Special teams and are not relegated to a single position during their development in our league.
We will be holding Skills and Drills on Saturday June 9th at Crockett Middle School; the rain date is Sunday June 10th. For those that are new to the league, this is basically a talent assessment, which helps the coaches pick balanced and fair teams. The players will be asked to run a 40-yard dash, complete an agility run and throw/catch passes. Shorts, t-shirts and cleats are appropriate attire.
SCHEDULED TIMES (Applies for rain date also):
- DIVISION 1 (Age 6 & 7) - No Skills and Drills are held
- DIVISION 2 (Age 8 & 9) - 9:00am
- DIVISION 3 (Age 10 &11) -10:00am

We will be accepting registrations at Skills and Drills, so come out and invite your friends. It is important to have as many registered players attend Skills and Drills as possible to ensure the most balanced and competitive teams possible.
